Reply:When he was mentally challenged he was good hearted. He wanted to please his coworkers, even though he had to sacrifice his own dignity. He just wanted to be liked, something that most people want. When he started to become more intelligent and found a better system in the bakery, he was trying to be helpful, not just embarass the guy who was supposed to be training him.
