For what reasons did they ban it?
What lessons did you learn from it?
Any connections to the book? i.e. text to text, text to world
A good quote from the book or anywhere else to start a good persuasive paper about this book?
I loved this book so much and it made me cry! Thanks for helping, I am having a hard time remembering all of it, I read it a few weeks ago!
Thank you so much!
Flowers for Algernon was banned!?
Why would anyone want to ban "Flowers For Algernon"? I liked the book alot! There are some love scenes in the book, but come on, most parents probably let their kids watch stuff on tv and listen to worse stuff in music. God forbid there should be something like that in a book!
Reply:This is weird. It's like you're posting a homework question and caring about the book at the same time.
But yeah, lots of books have been banned. One of the Junie B. Jones books was banned, and that's a second grader book. You could probably find the answers to the question you're asking someplace else online. I don't know where, though. Sorry.
Reply:Banned in some places (temporarily). Other.
