Reply:When we mess with things that we don't fully understand the effects cannot be calculated, and the human toll is often times tragic.
Not only does this story deal with peoples' propensity for ridicule in order to follow the "pack" so to speak, it also addresses the unspeakable tolls upon the human spirit in general.
Reply:modern medicine and the "effects" it is supposed to have on the body. Medicine is not an exact science we dont know what were really getting
